This was a 20 or so minute sketch, wanted to play with color and sketch lines. So I did. Next project: Learn how to draw stone walls. |

Neat picture! The colors turned out pretty well, though there seems to be something missing from her forehead. It seems like there should be both gold and red on hairline, but it could be just me.
The far side of the stomach looks a bit odd to me. It's hard to tell with the ribbon in the way, but I expected it to be in further. Now that I look more closely it seems to look fine, though.

Neato sketch! I like her expression, a lot.
Two things: Her right arm looks...well...broken. If you moved the forearm line a little closer to the armpit so it wouldn't pinch like that, that'd be good. Additionally (and this is my own personal hangup) try to round the fingers? I understand that elves have sharper fingers than the rest of us, but those are more mermaidish. (new word!)
Over all, I adore it & love her sassy pose & outfit. |

| I really like this, and I totally disagree with Stick's hairline comment. My one critique would be that her arm seems to get VERY thin at the elbow. I don't think it should get quite that thin. (I guess that was already pointed out, though.) I also disagree and very much like the pointed fingers - they look exactly like what you were going for. *nod* Perhaps define some natural ear-shapes within the ear? But you don't want to over-work the ears. Love the way you did the mouth. |
