So I tried to draw some fleeosaurs. (upper right two.) Then I realized that the angle that I wanted was extremely difficult in perspective. So I looked up a raptor skeleton and did the side/top views. Maglot recommended I do a coconut person, and showed me some anthropomorphized coconuts. So I played with that (lower left). When I realized I wasn't going to get away with drawing a quick raptor-like fleeosaur, I decided to go "back to the drawing board" (it was a short trip) and start the design process with some silhouettes that are a raptor/dinosaur like creature that gives the appearance of speed (upper left).
