Justin slept over last night, and I woke up before him and didn't want to wake him up, so I decided to sketch something. I've had a concept for an assault rifle in my head for awhile, and here's my first rendition of it. I think it looks pretty neat. I might do another, more detailed drawing of it. I also think I might try modeling it in Maya.

Triggers & Suppressor
The trigger for it should be on the grenade launcher it's self, not a double trigger in the gaurd, as that would cause alot of misfires.

The supressor is very small in comparison to the rest of the gun, so it doesn't look like it would do much for the noise, only the flash.

But, overall it's a good concept.

Yea, the trigger was a last minute thing. I realised that I forgot a second trigger and just stuck it in there for the hell of it. I planned on redesigning the grenade launcher itself in the next drawing of it. There are actually several things that I'm going to fix in the next rendition. Thanks for the comments.
